Compression springs
For springs working under compression.
Needed for quoting
- Quantity and material if known.
- Wire diameter.
- Outside or inside diameter.
- Free length and number of coils if known.
- End type: open, closed, ground, or unground.
Useful if known
- Working length, load, travel, or spring rate.
- Drawing, photo, or sample if available.
- Operating environment, temperature, corrosion, or food contact.

Extension springs
For springs with hooks, loops, or other end forms.
Needed for quoting
- Quantity and material if known.
- Wire diameter and body outside diameter.
- Free or overall length.
- End type: hook, loop, English/German hook, or special form.
- Whether both ends are identical and how they are oriented.
Useful if known
- Initial tension, working extension, and load.
- Mounting distance between attachment points.
- Drawing, photo, or sample if available.

Torsion springs
For springs working by rotation.
Needed for quoting
- Quantity and material if known.
- Wire diameter and inside/outside body diameter.
- Winding direction: left-hand or right-hand.
- Free angle between the legs.
- Leg length, shape, and position.
Useful if known
- Working angle and required torque.
- Shaft or mandrel diameter.
- Drawing, photo, or sample if available.
Wire forms
For clips, hooks, retainers, guides, and custom shapes.
Needed for quoting
- Drawing, sketch, photo, or sample.
- Quantity.
- Wire diameter.
- Material.
- Key lengths, angles, and bend radii.
- Critical mounting or contact points.
Useful if known
- Part function: retaining, guiding, pressing, hanging.
- Load, movement, or spring action if important.
- Finish, left/right version, packaging, or marking requirement.
Wire conveyor belts
For food, thermal, and industrial lines.
Needed for quoting
- Number of belts, belt width and length, or conveyor dimensions.
- Belt/mesh type if known.
- Pitch, wire diameter, and cross-rod diameter if measurable.
- Material and operating environment.
- Photos of existing belt, drive, and edge style.
Useful if known
- Speed, load, and product carried on the belt.
- Temperature, washing, food contact, or chemical environment.
- Edge style: chain, double loop, single loop, or other.
Turned parts
For bushings, pins, shafts, and small turned parts up to Ø16 mm.
Needed for quoting
- Drawing.
- Material.
- Quantity.
- Main dimensions, threads, holes, grooves, and chamfers.
- Critical tolerances.
Useful if known
- Surface roughness, coating, or heat treatment.
- Inspection, material certificate, or traceability requirements.
